This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get started, including how the program works, how to access and share your referral link, and how you can start earning commissions. Joining the Program

To get started, sign up at the affiliate portal:

Once registered, you'll manage everything through Tapfiliate, our affiliate tracking platform.

Setting Up Your Profile

After joining, the first thing you should do is configure your profile so we can accurately track your referrals.

Steps:

1. Log in to the Tapfiliate portal.
2. Navigate to Profile Settings.
3. Add the domains of all channels where you plan to share Handwrytten marketing materials.
4. Save your settings.

Examples of domains to add:

• instagram.com
• tiktok.com

Your Referral Link

Your referral link is how every sale gets attributed to you. When a customer clicks your unique link and completes a purchase, the commission is automatically credited to your account.

Your Default Link

When you join the program, a referral link is automatically generated for you. It will look like this:

Customizing Your Referral Code

You can personalize the code at the end of your URL to make it easier to remember and share.

Steps:

1. In the Tapfiliate portal, go to Programs.
2. Select your program.
3. Click View.
4. Click Edit Referral Code.
5. Enter your new code and click Save.

Marketing Assets

The Assets section in Tapfiliate is your hub for ready-made promotional materials. You don't need to create anything from scratch.

What's available:

• Image banners in multiple sizes
• Pre-written social media posts
• Text links for websites, blogs, and email newsletters

How to use them:

• Download assets to use on your website or in email campaigns.
• Use the one-click sharing feature to post directly to your social media accounts.

Messages & Announcements

The Messages section in Tapfiliate is how we communicate important updates directly to you.

Check this section regularly for:

• New product announcements
• Changes to the commission structure
• Upcoming sales or promotions

Payouts

Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis. Here's what you need to know about getting paid:

• Minimum payout threshold: $10.00. If your earned commissions for the month total $10 or more, a payment will be issued.
• Rolling balance: If your earnings are under $10 in a given month, don't worry — your balance rolls over and accumulates until the $10 threshold is met.
• Payment method: Payments are issued via mailed check to the address on file in your account.

Staying in the Loop — Bi-Monthly Emails

The Handwrytten marketing team will send you bi-monthly emails to help keep your promotions fresh and effective. These emails are designed to set you up for success with ready-to-use content and the latest updates.
